The headline below struck me and intreged me to read on….At Wicked Good Chiropractic I am alsways leading our team to do just that…Customer Service is supposed to be first. When I worked at Starbucks I did get a lot of training on what they called “3rd place”. That is what I want for our office. 3rd Place is: You have 3 places you feel comfortable: 1. your home, 2. your work & 3. (put place here); of course with Starbucks it was your coffee shop…but here we hope you chose Wicked Good Chiropractic.

Why is it that you get treated so much better at Starbucks than at the doctor’s office?
You walk up to the counter, the barista politely offers you dozens of options, and answers all of your questions.
Doctors, on the other hand, rush because the healthcare system forces them to see so many patients each day. They barely look up from their clipboards, ask a few routine questions, and then send you on your way.
That’s pretty crazy! Have you ever experienced that for yourself?
